Living with ADHD

Penn Holderness

Penn Holderness, an award-winning content creator from "The Holderness Family" YouTube channel, has been very outspoken about living with ADHD, alongside his wife, Kim. Diagnosed with ADHD in adulthood, Penn has shared how it has affected his life, both positively and negatively. This experience inspired him to create content about ADHD, helping to normalize it and highlight its unique advantages. The Holderness Family was featured on season 33 of "The Amazing Race" on Hulu, which is an uplifting and inspiring season, great for children ages 7+ even without prior experience watching the show.

In addition, they have numerous YouTube videos, Instagram posts, and podcast episodes discussing ADHD.
